This undated Arabic language Syria map was likely published in the 1930's in Damascus and created by Syrian cartographer Hamdi Tarabein (حمدي طربين).
Titled 'Bilad Al-Sham' (بلاد الشام), this map of Syria and surrounding countries - Iraq, Turkiye, Transjordan and Palestine shows a world that once was.
The Hatay Province (Liwa Eskenderun, لواء الاسكندرون) is shown as part of Syria (France ceded it to Turkiye in 1938).
