Refund policy

Because all our products are custom made on-demand via Printful and through other on-demand vendors we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by first contacting us at info @syrianmemories.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/ or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info @syrianmemories.com. Please note returns will need to be sent to the Printful facility that sent you the order (look on your shipping package). When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, we/ they are not liable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom or special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
As noted above we do not provide exchanges unless there is something defective or you received a wrong order. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
