1954 Inaugural Damascus International Fair Vintage Framed Poster

The Damascus International Fair (معرض دمشق الدولي) first launched in 1954 and is the oldest annual commercial exhibition of its kind in the Middle East. This vintage poster reprint features the minarets of the Takiyya Sulaymaniyya (التكيه السليمانيه) and proclaims the arrival of the "Great Economic Event for Syria and the Arab World".
