Syrian traditional attire differs from region to region and is filled with local nuances. In 1963, Syria issued this beautiful set of 6 regional traditional costumes representing a range of traditions and heritage from across different provinces. This is a reprint set made of hi-resolution scans. From left to right:

- Hawran (Quneitra, Al-Suwayda and Deraa provinces)
- Afrin (Aleppo province)
- Jabal Al-Arab (aka Jabal Al-Druze in Al-Suwayda province)
- Maharda (Hama province)
- Qalamoun (Homs and Rif Dimashq provinces)
- Marj Al-Sultan (Rif-Dimashq province)
